Kevin has been training in the martial arts for over 20 years now. He trained for 10 years in Shotokan Karate in many different clubs around London and the North of England. He also studied 4 years of Kung Fu. His speciality however, is in Kickboxing with over 14 years experience, having been trained at the following clubs: Mugendo, Euston Kickboxing, Albany Kickboxing and St Pancras Boxing Club. He now trains mostly in kickboxing, boxing and a wide range of self defence techniques.

Kevin teaches at the BBC as well as having many private students from beginner to advanced level. Since 2004, BICMA has had the benefit of his expertise in many of the children's classes which many have found invaluable.

As well as being a fantastic coach and Martial Artist, Kevin is also a Sports Massage/Injuries Therapist and a Bowen Therapist and regularly treats people and teams for any number of conditions.
