Lisa joined BICMA in 1994 and has worked on numerous martial art and stunt projects whilst training and obtaining her coaching qualifications with BICMA. Most notably, she has trained and demonstrated in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2003 alongside Master Teng. In 2007, Lisa decided she would like to become a coach for the BICMA. She became fully qualified in 2008 and is now our principle coach in Telford. Lisa obtains excellent results from her students, many of whom have gone on to competition success. To date, she has obtained coaching qualifications from BICMA and from The YMCA Fitness Instructor program. Having been in the medical field for 10 years, as a Personal Assistant to surgeons, she gained excellent communication skills, confidence, and knowledge with regards to rehabilitation from sports injury. Lisa is affiliated with BICMA but as a self-employed businesswoman, she is used to working solely and and within a team during her 10 years in the medical industry she became familiar with the importance of co-operation with hospital/company procedures, including Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities. In addition to Martial Arts Lisa has partipated in a number of stunt related training courses including Derek Ware Fight Choreography Course, 2002 Special Effects Course, 2002 Falling Stunt Course – 4 metres , 2002
