BICMA Membership Prices Winter Term 2008/2009

To train with BICMA at any of the locations (London, Buckinghamshire, Telford) you must become a member of the club. This membership is an annual recurring fee that provides you with insurance cover during training sessions and club logo emblazoned training clothing. The annual membership fee is separate from training fees, for new members this can sometimes be confusing so have a look at Example 1 below.

Annual Membership Fees

Please note without a valid membership you legally cannot train if your membership has expired please inform the class coach prior to training.

Annual Child Membership £55.00 (includes KF/SS/Gym)

Annual Adult Membership £75.00 (includes KF/SS/Gym)

Annual Adult Gymnastics Membership (excludes Kung Fu and San Shou activities)

Membership is mandatory and is not a training fee!

BICMA Training Prices Winter Term 20008/2009

Class traning fees for all London and Buckinghamshire venues (Sudbury, Mill Hill, Wembley, Amersham - see below for Telford information).

As of September 2008, cash tendered for payment at start of single lessons are no longer accepted however for comparative purposes members should note that a single training session is based on £6.00 child, £10.00 adult. We haven't put our prices up like most other clubs, just changed our terms of payment.

The following three class payment schemes are provided for Winter Term 2008/2009:-

1. Book of twelve tickets for price of ten. Purchase these direct from your class coach.

The benfits of this payment method are you can use a ticket at any venue, for any session and this payment method allows for the most flexibility whilst giving you two free training sessions.

Child Tickets 12 tickets for £60.00

Adult Tickets 12 tickets for £100.00

If you train betweeen 2-3 times a week, this method is more cost effective for you.

Example 1

Jamie is a new adult student who noticed the BICMA advertisement for training, he arrives at the Gym with trainers and gym kit, so enjoys a free trial session to see if he likes it. He decides that he would like to train again. After an informal chat at the end of the session with the coache, Jamie mentions he is coming back next week. At this point in time, Jamie must become a member of BICMA for insurance and legal reasons, therefore the coach taking the session provides Jamie with a membership form and informs him of the first time member fee for an adult. The coach then explains the training ticket system.

Next week Jamie arrives with his completed membership form with payment for an Adult member and he is ready to purchase a book of 12 training tickets. With Winter Term 2008/2009 prices this is a total figure of £175.00. This entitles Jamie to a years membership, a ticket is used for the training session he then joins,  and he can attend a further eleven sessions without the need to bring any money to class. After eleven sessions Jamie can buy another book of training tickets from the coach.

2. Payment for term in advance. Discount 16% if payment received before 2nd week of term.

This payment method offers the most cost effective way to pay for a child's training fees, for a child who is already a member and is showing cimmitment to traning. Due to the differing number of weeks in school terms the prices for this payment method will change every term and will be different for each school location. For the Winter 2008/2009 term the prices are:-

Amersham

Early payment 16% discount Payment after 2nd week of term

Once a week Saturday (15 classes)  £75.00 £90.00

Once a week Monday (14 classes) £70.00 £84.00

Twice a week (Mon & Sat 29 classes) £145.00 £174.00

Sudbury

 to be added

Please note different training venues offer different days for children, so your two days may vary, make sure you check the details for the correct venue. The benefit of this payment method is that the effective session trainng price is £5.00 (not the normal £6.00),  downside of this method of payment is that if you do not attend a training session, for whatever reason, there is no refund for that session.

3. Monthly Direct Debit.

    Adult £75.00 per month

    Child £45.00 per month

If you train more than 3 times a week, this method is the most cost effective payment method for you.

Ask for a direct debit application form, from your coach before or after the lesson.

Paying by direct debit automaticallly allows access to all BICMA classes at all venues. Please provide your full name and state you are a DD member when registering for class.

Please make all cheques payable to 'The London Chin Woo Co Ltd'
