Andy joined BICMA in early 1997, initially training in kickboxing. After a while he got drawn into the Chin Woo side of things and eventually the Gymnastics side of training too.
Thanks to his training, he has been in many competitions and demonstrations worldwide.

Most notably, he has trained and demonstrated in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia several times alongside Master Teng.
In 1999, Andy decided he would like to become a coach for the BICMA. He became fully qualified in 2001 and is now one of our main coaches. |

Andy obtains excellent results from his students, many of whom have gone on to competition success. To date, he has obtained coaching qualifications from BICMA, BCCMA, BGA, St Johns Ambulance and City and Guilds. Andy has been a part of our full time squad since we started running it and his hard work and dedication have paid off many times with TV, film and theatre all wanting him in their productions.
